2025 Application form - AFTERCARE

Grade R – Applications 2025

Aftercare applications are done separately from the school’s applications.
Acceptance at the school does NOT imply automatic entry to aftercare.
Successful applications: Parents will be notified by 06/09/2024 .
Unsuccessful applications: These applications will be placed on our waiting list.
Gr R 2025 successful applicants are automatically transferred to Grade 1 in 2026.
Gr R learners have to pack their own lunch.
Holiday care is available.

Grade 1 to 3 - Applications for 2025

Aftercare applications are done separately from the school’s applications.
Acceptance at the school does NOT imply automatic entry to aftercare.

2025 Members: Current members automatically move on to 2026.
Please take note that a light lunch and snack will be provided for Grade 1 to 3.
Holiday care is available.

There are only 2 options available:

Caregivers fetch learners from their classes for aftercare.
Learners are also accompanied to sport & extramural activities on the school premises.

The Trust is a separate entity with a separate bank account – NOT the school’s account.
Aftercare fees are payable STRICTLY IN ADVANCE before/by the 1st of the month.
10 equal payments from 01 January tot 01 October 2025.
